LESSON 1:
Flórgoði (flur' go thee) or something like that
DIRECT TRANSLATION:
SHIT LORD, DUNG LORD, LORD OF THE SHIT
IN DESPERATE TIMES SOME FARMERS PUT A STOOL ON THE DUNG STAINED FLOOR OF A COWSHED, RIGHT BEHIND THE COW. THEN STANDING ON IT HE LIFTS THE TAIL TO REACH THE BACKSIDE OF THE COW FOR MAXIMUM SEXUAL STIMULATION.
Flórgoði IS ALSO TYPE OF BIRD.

I like the fact that you found out how to spell the particular word in correct icelandic letters. Respect. Thanks for bringing my book to the light. The book will also be an ongoing project depending on when and how we find words that are truly strange.
I had a good time spending christmas with you and Ally. Hope the days after were enjoyable as well.
Take care!
I also give props to finding the correct letters, however, for those of us not familiar with the icelandic language, could you supply a pronunciation guide as well?
Otherwise, thank you for the educational diversion from my workday.
BETHERS-
DONE. AT LEAST THE BEST I COULD.
Lord of the shit. Awesome. I wonder how much Reyka it takes to make a cow farmer "desperate."
By the way, visit the Reyka Web site and click on the TV. Watch at least a few segments. Funny stuff.
